Health History and Consent

All clients are required to fill out an online intake form and sign the liability release, consent to care, and acknowledgement of practice policies, prior to the first treatment. Please check your email before for the link to fill this form out and submit it prior to your first appointment. With time you may be asked to fill it out again to keep your records up to date.




Thai bodywork is performed with the client fully clothed. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in (gym/yoga wear). Please avoid slippery fabrics, like nylon. If you don't have time to come dressed comfortably you'll be given and asked to change into Thai pants. There are some techniques that require removal of some clothing and in this case, appropriate draping will be used. During some sessions herbal balms, liniments or compresses will be applied over clothing, potentially staining fabric. Please choose darker fabrics or old clothes you don't mind staining. 

During a table massage session you’ll be asked to dress down to your comfort level and lie draped on a massage table. Modest and appropriate draping will be used. Please communicate to the practitioner for any reason you feel uncomfortable. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Rachel Skinner, LMT, CYT.




Payment is received at the end of treatment or prepaid at time of booking through MassageBook. PayPal, Venmo, cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.



Cancel and Reschedule

Please give 24-hours notice before canceling an appointment. Email is the best way to cancel and to reschedule use online booking system. Late cancellation fee is full price for service and is applied for canceling within 24-hours. Payment is due before your next appointment. To avoid the late cancellation fee you can send a friend or family member in your place. Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances at the owner's discretion.

Workshop, retreat & class fees are non-refundable. Products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Scheduling is subject to availability.   



Arriving Late

We do our best to schedule at the convenience of the client. Should you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate and provide the fullest service in the allotted time. Do not expect the session to extend beyond the scheduled session or receive a discount.    




The services we provide do not treat infectious or contagious disease. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you know of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. 




We strive to provide excellent costumer service yet, we reserve the right to refuse service from anyone without explanation and for any reason.
